• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Ward Games offers an optional ad-free subscription at a price of $4.99 per year. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full payment details
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal
• Upon cancellation, your ad-free access remains active until the end of the current billing period
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us if you believe a charge was made in error

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their next renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Ward Games — including but not limited to game code, visual designs, graphics, logos, text, audio, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the property of Ward Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our service without prior written permission.

7. Game Data and Saves

While we make reasonable efforts to preserve your game data (scores, saves, and progress), we do not guarantee the permanent availability of this data. Local game saves stored in your browser's localStorage may be lost if you clear your browser data. Cloud saves for logged-in users are stored on our servers but may be subject to data loss in extraordinary circumstances. We are not liable for any loss of game progress or data.

8. Advertisements

Ward Games displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free operation of our platform. By using our service, you acknowledge that advertisements will be shown unless you have an active ad-free subscription. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. If you encounter an inappropriate advertisement, please report it to us.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ward Games is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts in the United States.
